Job Description

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
  • Update product details, pricing, stock, and images regularly.
  • Process and monitor daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
  • Handle customer queries and marketplace tickets.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Optimize product listings with proper titles, keywords, and descriptions.
  • Track competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams for promotional activities.
