Job Description of Export Sales Executive

  • Develop and maintain relationships with international customers.
  • Identify new export markets and generate overseas business opportunities.
  • Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
  • Coordinate with production & quality department while preparing order.
  • Prepare and follow up on Proforma Invoice & Production Order Form..
  • Follow up for advance payments, LC documents, and outstanding receivables.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and online B2B platforms.
  • Maintain export sales records, customer database, and MIS reports.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly export sales targets.
