Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Micro Business Loans)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers for micro business loans through open market outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with small business owners and local entrepreneurs
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to potential clients
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Conduct field visits, cold calling, and follow-ups to close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally for field sales
  • Basic understanding of financial products is a plus
