Logistics Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day e-commerce logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for order dispatch, shipment tracking, courier coordination, inventory movement, and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin), NDR (Non-Delivery Report), and return management processes.
• Maintain and update logistics records, shipment reports, and delivery status.
• Ensure proper inventory movement and stock reconciliation with warehouse teams.
• Communicate with customer support and operations teams to resolve order and delivery concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.
• Work closely with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces for order fulfillment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of courier operations, shipment tracking, and order management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred: Experience with e-commerce platforms, warehouse operations, and logistics management systems will be an added advantage.
