Sales Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Agriculture Professionals (Freshers & Experienced) to join our team. The candidate will work closely with farmers, dealers, and the sales team to promote agricultural machinery and provide technical guidance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and explain agricultural machinery and implements to customers and dealers.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to farmers.
• Visit dealers, distributors, and farmers for product promotion and support.
• Assist the sales team with product knowledge and technical queries.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve products.
• Support new product launches and field trials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for product awareness campaigns.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM.
• Travel across Gujarat and other states as required.
• RequirementsB.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture / B.Tech Agricultural Engineering / Diploma Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Agricultural Implements, Farm Machinery, Tractor Industry, Seed, Fertilizer, Irrigation, or Agri Input Industry will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Passion for agriculture and helping farmers.
