Shop Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers promptly, identify their needs, and provide product demonstrations to drive sales. They answer questions about product features, pricing, and services.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-organized, including dusting, cleaning, and arranging displays to meet visual merchandising standards.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor and replenish stock, unpack new deliveries, and ensure products are correctly delivred.
• Support & Administration: Coordinate with sales teams, handle customer inquiries, and perform administrative tasks such as updating databases.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring the display is visually appealing and accurate.

Order Delivery: Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers on time, often requiring lifting and carrying heavy items.

Navigation & Routing: Using GPS or maps to plot efficient routes and adjusting for traffic or weather to ensure punctuality.

Customer Service: Acting as a professional representative of the company, providing polite service, and resolving minor issues or inquiries.

Document & Payment Handling: Obtaining customer signatures upon delivery, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records.
