Job Description
Food Preparation: Expertly cook traditional breakfast and main-course items such as dosas, idlis, vadas, uttapams, biryanis, sambars, and regional curries.
Menu Development: Design and refresh menus, blending traditional spices to suit seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee the line during service, enforce portion controls, and ensure all dishes meet restaurant presentation standards.
Inventory & Stock: Track specialized ingredient inventory, minimize food waste, and place routine supply orders.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior cooks and kitchen assistants.
Compliance: Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the workspace.
