Minimum Qualification: - Graduate in commerce

Experience: 4 to 10 years of exposure in Tally ERP 9

Total exposure to and knowledge of

i.    TDS rates against different sections

ii.    Preparing the TDS details on monthly basis and making payments

iii.   Preparing the quarterly reports for filing TDS

iv.   Cross checking the challans for TDS against the payments made

v.    Cross checking the TDS filed for every individual and companies

vi.  Tax regime for individual

vii.  Tax regime for companies

viii. Knowledge of R.O.C.

ix.   Knowledge of MCA portal and income tax portal

x.    Compliances and records to be maintained for companies

xi.   Complete knowledge and preparing monthly statements of GST

xii.  Cross checking the details of GST which have been filed

xiii. Preparing annual report before filing Form 9 for GST.

xiv. Preparing financial budget on yearly basis or preparing budgeted financial records for next 5 years for organisations having CC account

xv.  Types of bank accounts that can be held by a private limited company

xvi. Making compliances with bank accounts held
