Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling day-to-day financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors and handle audits
• Track expenses and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain inventory records (important for marble/granite showroom)

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant (preferred in trading/showroom industry)
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of inventory management

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter / CMA / relevant certification
• Experience in marble, granite, tiles, or construction-related industry
• Knowledge of stock handling and billing systems

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (depending on experience)
