Job Description

Job Title: Placement Executive / CoordinatorCompany: Venture Skill India Pvt Ltd (Mega Skill Centre / Basantrai Skill Center) Location: Godda, Jharkhand Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time

About Us: Venture Skill India Pvt Ltd operates the Mega Skill Centre in Basantrai, Godda. We are dedicated to empowering local youth through skill development and connecting them with life-changing job opportunities. We are looking for a responsible and energetic Placement Executive to join our mission and help guide our students into their new careers.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Drive the Placement Process: Assist the core team in lining up interviews, coordinating with employers, and managing placement drives for our skilled students.
  • Student Travel & Safety: Accompany students traveling to interview locations or new job sites. You will be responsible for ensuring their travel arrangements are smooth and their safety is strictly maintained throughout the journey.
  • Placement Operations: Act as the main point of contact for students during the interview and joining phases, solving any ground-level issues they face.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs, attendance sheets, and placement trackers using basic computer software (Excel/Word).
  • Student Support: Motivate candidates, ensure they have their proper documents ready, and provide basic guidance before their interviews.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
  • Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to travel are welcome).
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel) for maintaining placement records.
  • Language: Fluency in Hindi and local regional languages to comfortably interact with students and parents.
  • Mindset: Highly responsible, empathetic, and ready to travel frequently. You must care about the well-being and success of the students.
