Job Description

GoldenValley Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

* Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow management.

* Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

* Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and financial reports.

* Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

* Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

* Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports.

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

* 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, RERA filling and taxation.

* Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preference

Candidates with prior work experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry will be given preference. Experience in handling project accounting, vendor payments, customer collections, and statutory compliance related to real estate projects will be an added advantage.
