Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CCA to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing store operations and staff
• Ensure smooth sales transactions and maintain high service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the brand team for replenishment
• Train and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
• Generate daily sales reports and assist in strategizing for growth
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and retail sales techniques is a plus
