💼 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Promptly handle incoming inquiries, calls, and digital leads.

Site Visits: Coordinate, schedule, and conduct professional site visits for prospective buyers.

Client Relationship: Understand customer requirements, present the right property options, and maintain strong follow-ups.

Sales Closing: Guide clients through the booking process, handle negotiations, and close deals efficiently.

Reporting: Maintain a daily log of calls, visits, and pipeline status.

🎯 Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (experience in Ranchi market/land plotting is a massive plus).

Skills: Exceptional Hindi and convincing skills; basic English. Confident personality with strong negotiation abilities.

Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for commuting and conducting site visits.

Traits: High integrity, self-motivated, and target-driven.
