Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to drive the sales of Solar Pumps and specialized mounting structures. You will be responsible for managing an existing database of leads, converting them into active orders through tele-calling, and conducting field visits to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Calling: Proactively call prospects from the provided database to introduce our products and identify sales opportunities.
Sales Conversion: Follow up consistently with potential clients to secure orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Meetings & Field Visits: Travel to meet potential clients, contractors, or project sites as required to demonstrate product value and finalize contracts.
Product Expertise: Effectively communicate the technical benefits of our Solar Pumps, Universal Controllers, and Jal Minar structures.
Market Expansion: Identify new networking opportunities and market segments to grow the business footprint.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily calls, customer feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel.
