Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Karamtoli, Ranchi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives


📌 Job Overview:We are hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive for real estate sales.

The candidate will handle client interaction, site visits, and lead conversion.


✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle property inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
  • Generate leads through field work & online platforms
  • Conduct site visits with clients
  • Close sales deals and follow up with clients
  • Maintain client database & reporting
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions


🎯 Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
  • Two-wheeler is a plus
  • Freshers & experienced both can apply
