Role Overview:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to expand our offline merchant lending portfolio. This is a 100% field sales role where you will directly engage with business owners, introduce loan products, and drive financial growth at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Prospecting: Conduct daily sales visits to identify and onboard offline merchants.
• Product Pitching: Explain digital loan products, features, and benefits clearly to merchants.
• Digital Onboarding: Guide merchants through the digital loan lifecycle, including KYC, mandate setup, and autopay registration.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan disbursement targets.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relations and keep accurate field sales records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass, ITI, or Diploma.
• Experience: 3 to 6 months of proven experience in a sales role (Fintech, Loans, or Insurance experience preferred).
• Skills: Basic understanding of digital loan processes (KYC, E-mandates, NACH).
• Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and hold a valid Driving License.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, high energy, and a target-driven mindset.
