We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused CEO / General Manager to lead operations and drive growth across our group companies in Ranchi.

We do not care about fancy degrees, and prior experience is optional. We value raw intelligence, drive, and absolute ownership over a long resume. Core Responsibilities

·       Day-to-Day Leadership: Manage, motivate, and oversee a tight-knit team of 8 to 10 professionals working across our group businesses.

·       Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and keep the businesses running efficiently.

·       Execution of Strategy: Turn business goals into reality. Set weekly/monthly targets for the team and ensure they are met.

·       Problem Solving: Act as the ultimate troubleshooter. Find practical, fast solutions to unexpected daily challenges.

·       Reporting: Work closely with the group owner to provide clear, honest updates on performance and growth opportunities.

·       Natural Leadership: Even without formal experience, you have the confidence to command respect, align a team, and hold people accountable.

·       Experience Level: Open (0 to 7 years). * If experienced: A background in managing operations, branches, or teams is a plus.

o  If a fresher/no experience: You must demonstrate exceptional drive, sharp communication, and a history of taking initiative (e.g., college fests, sports, or personal projects).

·       Local Presence: Comfortably based in or willing to work full-time in Ranchi.
