Civil Site Engineer

A Civil Engineering professional responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, drainage systems, and water supply systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare designs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Plan and supervise construction activities
• Conduct site inspections and surveys
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Estimate project costs, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams
• Review structural calculations and project reports
• Manage materials, resources, and project documentation
• Resolve technical issues at construction sites
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of structural analysis and construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit (often preferred)
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Surveying and estimation skills
• Problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience (0–2 years for fresher, more for senior roles)
