Job Role: Data Entry Operator

• Key Responsibilities Accurate and timely data entry
• Following assigned daily targets and timelines
• Maintaining typing speed and accuracy standards
• Eligibility Criteria Basic computer knowledge required
• Basic English typing proficiency
• Minimum typing speed: 50+ WPM (Including the Special characters.)
• Willingness to learn and follow workplace discipline

Work Schedule

Candidates will be assigned one of the following shifts:

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Including Breaks)
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Including Breaks)

Break timings and working policies will be as per company guidelines.

• Training & Salary Probation Period: 2 months
• Probation Stipend: ₹18,000/month + Bonus + Incentive (Total CTC - ₹22,000)

Additional performance-based bonuses may be provided based on attendance, productivity, and accuracy.

• Training includes: Software usage and workflow training
• Data entry process and accuracy standards
• Productivity expectations and work discipline

Salary After Training: ₹25,000/month + Bonus + Incentive (Total CTC - ₹29,000)

• Additional performance-based bonuses may be provided based on attendance, productivity, and accuracy.

Bonuses are accumulated monthly and payable upon completion of 12 months of continuous service, rewarding consistent performance and commitment.
