Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with accurate information, and maintaining professional communication. Along with telecalling, the role includes back office work such as data entry, maintaining records, managing files, handling emails, preparing reports, and updating databases. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet), good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred), typing skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply, and the candidate should be punctual, responsible, and able to work in a team. Salary will be provided as per company norms and experience.
