Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively reaching out to potential corporate and individual clients to generate new business opportunities.

Pitching Services: Delivering persuasive sales pitches for event concepts, venue bookings, and planning services.

Client Management: Understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and managing negotiations to close deals.

Following Up: Maintaining consistent follow-ups with leads to convert them into booked events.

Relationship Building: Nurturing existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
