We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counselor who can guide students toward the right career path through our industry-oriented training and internship programs. The candidate should be confident in student engagement, counseling, and conversion, with a strong understanding of technical education trends and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
. Counsel students (school/college) on training & internship programs
- Explain program structure, career scope, and technical benefits
- Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert inquiries into enrollments (target-driven role)
- Maintain student database and follow-up pipeline
- Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and workshops
- Provide post-enrollment support & relationship management
Required Skills:
. Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
- Strong persuasion and counseling ability
- Basic understanding of technical domains (AI, IoT, Embedded, etc.)
- CRM handling / lead management experience
- Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (any stream) – Technical background is a plus
- 0–3 years of experience in Education Counseling / Sales / EdTech
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
