Job Description
We are seeking skilled IT & Office Equipment Maintenance Professionals to manage the annual upkeep of desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, UPS systems, and multimedia equipment across multiple brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Canon, Brother).
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT hardware and office equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, UPS, CCTV, and PA systems.
- Maintain service logs, AMC records, and inventory documentation.
- Support network/server infrastructure including LAN/WAN, CCTV surveillance, and multimedia systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and IT standards.
- Deliver timely service responses and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth AMC operations.
