Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, performance management, and statutory compliance.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive and disciplined work environment across the organization and project sites.
