Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (FMCG & Franchise Sales)

Job Summary:

Dealplex Solutions Private Limited is hiring a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive responsible for driving product sales, lead conversion, and franchise expansion (Warehouse & Dark Stores) through tele-calling and digital engagement. This role combines revenue generation with business development, making it ideal for candidates who can handle both transactional sales and investment-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Conduct outbound sales calls to retailers, shop owners, and B2B clients
• Promote FMCG products, pricing, offers, and schemes
• Convert leads into confirmed orders and ensure repeat business cycles
• Maintain and update CRM and customer database
• Identify and approach potential partners for warehouse & dark store franchise opportunities
• Explain business model, investment plans, ROI, margins, and operational process
• Pitch territory potential and growth opportunities to investors
• Close franchise deals and coordinate onboarding & documentation
• Maintain a strong pipeline of franchise prospects
• Coordinate with field sales and operations team for order fulfillment
• Assist franchise partners in initial setup, activation, and order placement
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, supply chain, and partners
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (product + franchise)
• Drive revenue growth through both direct sales and franchise expansion

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Daily call volume & lead generation
• Lead-to-order conversion ratio
• Monthly revenue achievement
• Franchise leads generated & conversions
• Number of franchisees onboarded
• Customer retention & repeat orders
• Overall target achievement (%)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / FMCG / Franchise Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Basic understanding of ROI, investment discussions, and business models
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in FMCG / Quick Commerce / Distribution / Franchise Sales
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English
• Strong convincing ability and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with both volume sales and high-value franchise pitching
