Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium shopping mall. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in mall operations, tenant management, facility management, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mall.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure smooth coordination.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, engineering, and facility management teams.
- Plan and execute mall events, promotions, and marketing activities to increase footfall.
- Monitor mall maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and statutory compliance.
- Handle customer and tenant grievances effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare operational reports and manage budgets.
- Identify revenue opportunities through kiosks, advertising spaces, and promotional activities.
