Marketing Executive

#Position Overview

The Marketing & Administrative Executive will support the hospital’s outreach, marketing, and administrative operations. The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing social media presence, coordinating community eye camps, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration of the hospital.

#Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, including design, printing, and distribution of posters, pamphlets, and other promotional materials.

- Coordinate with local vendors and partners for advertising and promotional activities.

- Manage the hospital’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp—creating posts, responding to messages, and growing follower engagement.

- Support overall administrative functions, including inventory management, staff coordination, record maintenance, and daily reporting.

- Organize and oversee eye camps—handling logistics, permissions, coordination with team members, and post-event reporting.

- Assist in developing and implementing community outreach programs to increase patient awareness and hospital footfall.

- Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements based on feedback and

results.
