Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling vehicles, assisting customers in selecting the right automobile based on their needs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
• Negotiate prices and finalize sales deals
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on new models, promotions, and competitor activities
• Ensure excellent after-sales customer support
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience in automobile sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of cars, bikes, or commercial vehicles
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under sales targets and pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
• Valid driving license preferred
