Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate)
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to oversee client engagement, manage property site visits, and effectively present our real estate offerings to prospective buyers through professional communication and compelling presentations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, coordinating property visits, and guiding clients through the sales journey—from initial inquiry to final conversion. This role demands a strong focus on achieving site visit and booking targets, while maintaining accurate client data and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions to understand their property requirements
- Plan and coordinate site visits for residential and/or commercial projects, ensuring a well-organized and informative experience
- Deliver impactful presentations and property walkthroughs to showcase project features, amenities, pricing, and investment benefits
- Manage and nurture hot leads through timely follow-ups, addressing client queries and building trust to drive conversions
- Consistently achieve assigned targets for site visits, bookings, and sales closures
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and sales progress using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, channel partners, and project teams) to streamline sales processes
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proven negotiation and closing skills within the real estate or related industry
- Target-oriented with a proactive, self-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales processes is preferred.
