Employment Type: Full-time
- Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain records, appointment schedules, and student databases
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in front office/reception (preferred but not mandatory)
