Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage client communication and enhance customer engagement. The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively interact with potential customers, nurture leads, and encourage them to visit the site.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the initial stages of the customer journey. This role also involves coordinating site visit schedules and ensuring a seamless front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with potential and existing clients via calls, messages, and emails
• Encourage and schedule site visits by effectively presenting project details
• Perform lead nurturing to convert inquiries into qualified prospects
• Manage front desk operations and handle walk-in clients efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Provide timely and clear information to clients to build trust and interest
