Job Description:

We are looking for 2 motivated Sales Executives who can handle both field sales and retail counter operations. The role involves generating new customers through field visits and assisting walk-in customers at the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and generate leads (field work)
• Attend and assist walk-in customers at the retail counter
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits
• Prepare quotations, billing, and maintain records on computer
• Follow up with customers and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing, email, etc.)
• Willingness to do both field and counter sales
• Self-driven and target-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or solar sales
• Knowledge of local market

Salary: Fixed (6K-8K)+ Incentives(1K per customer) + Travel expences(for field job)
