A Babyhug Store Manager oversees daily retail operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, staff management, and sales target achievement for the mother and baby brand. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, visual merchandising, and financial performance,
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations: Drive sales, meet profitability goals, and optimize store traffic.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, handle documentation, and ensure proper inventory accuracy.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store appearance and product display.
Administration: Manage daily cash handling, billing, and reporting on buying trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Generally 3–5 years in retail operations, preferably with experience in apparel or children's products.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and ERP systems.
Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
