Senior HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within the organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software. 

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience managing a team of HR professionals.
• Professional HR certification is an advantage.
