Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction projects at R K Construction.

The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations; ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site

 Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

 Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow

 Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation

 Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

 Resolve any technical issues or delays promptly

 Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and building codes

 Assist in procurement and material management

 Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients as required Requirements:

 Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

 2 to 5 years of relevant site engineering experience in construction projects

 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations

 Excellent organizational and communication skills

 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

 Proficiency in site management software (optional)

 Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
