Brads Global is a career counselling and overseas education services company, partnering with 31+ reputed universities to help students find the right academic path abroad. We are looking for an energetic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

·      Make outbound calls to prospective students from the assigned lead database.

·      Understand the requirements, interests, and career goals of prospective students.

·      Follow up with leads through calls and other approved communication channels.

·      Maintain regular and timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.

·      Handle queries professionally and resolve basic concerns related to courses and admissions.

·      Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions in the CRM.

·      Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

·      Coordinate with the counselling and sales team to ensure smooth lead management.

·      Ensure all lead information and customer interactions are handled confidentially.

Required Skills

•    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Good listening and convincing abilities.

•    Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

•    Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively.

•    Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.

•    Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

•    Target-oriented and self-motivated.

•    Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage .

Eligibility

•    12th pass in any discipline.

•    Candidates with relevant telecalling, telesales, customer service, counselling, or business development experience will be preferred.

•    Freshers can also apply if they possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

•    Candidates with experience in Education Counselling, Tele Calling, Admissions, EdTech, Sales will be given preference.
