Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle Outbond sales inquiries.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer objections and resolve concerns professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
Experience
Minimum 6–12 months of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service.
