Job Description
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Stock ka record rakhna (kitna maal aaya, gaya, bacha)
- Overstock ya shortage avoid karna
2. Goods Receiving & Dispatch
- Aane wale goods ko check karna (quantity & quality)
- Time par orders dispatch karwana
3. Team Management
- Warehouse staff (helpers, loaders, supervisors) ko manage karna
- Duty assign karna aur unki performance monitor karna
4. Safety & Cleanliness
- Warehouse me safety rules follow karwana
- Fire safety, proper storage, aur safai ka dhyaan rakhna
5. Documentation & Reports
- Daily/weekly reports banana
- Bills, invoices, delivery records maintain karna
6. Space Management
- Warehouse me goods ko proper tarike se arrange karna
- Space ka best use karna
7. Coordination
- Suppliers, transporters aur company ke dusre departments ke saath coordination
- Required Skills: Organization aur planning skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software)
- Leadership aur problem-solving ability
