R&D / Product Development Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive R&D / Product Development Executive to support the development of new wellness and lifestyle products. The role involves market research, product formulation support, sample testing, quality improvement, and coordination with the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in new product research and development
- Support formulation, trials, and product testing
- Monitor product quality and suggest improvements
- Maintain trial reports and development records
- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams
- Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences
Requirements:
- Background in Pharma / Food / Ayurveda / related field preferred
- Experience in product development or R&D preferred
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage timelines
