Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
