Position: Branch Manager
Location: Salem
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Salem branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch activities, leading sales and service teams, supervising back-office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch while achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor the overall branch operations and performance.
• Supervise and guide Sales Engineers, Service Engineers, and Back Office Staff.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and service performance objectives.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate work effectively among team members.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding branch operations and reporting.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and staff development activities.
• Manage manpower utilization and maintain employee discipline within the branch.
• Ensure smooth execution of branch-related activities, including inventory coordination, customer visits, and operational support.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on branch performance and activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Proven experience in manpower management and team leadership.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to plan and execute work based on priorities and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of reporting, coordination, and branch management practices.
Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in branch operations, team management, sales, service, or administrative functions.
• Prior experience in managing multiple functions and teams will be preferred.
