Branch Receivable Officer
- Sales Targets & Revenue: Achieving specific goals for loan disbursals, processing fees, and overall value, while adhering to the yield and pricing guidelines set by the institution.
- Lead Generation & Market Penetration: Sourcing prospective clients through direct market efforts, builder tie-ups, developer visits, and channel partners (e.g., DSAs and connectors).
- File Processing & Verification: Gathering and verifying customer Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, income proofs, and property details prior to submitting them to the underwriting and credit teams.
- Portfolio Health & Compliance: Ensuring a low delinquency rate by strictly following KYC guidelines, preventing fraud, and accurately assessing customer creditworthiness.
- Cross-Selling & Service: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell allied financial products like home insurance, Loan Against Property (LAP), or credit cards, while delivering top-tier customer service to ensure retention
