Business Development Manager – TW Loans| Salem
- Lead and manage two-wheeler business sourcing operations at the state level.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to support business growth and customer loyalty.
- Supervise frontline sales and business development teams, ensuring achievement of targets.
- Foster and maintain key strategic relationships with customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and other partners.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards across all activities.
- Uphold high quality standards in sourcing operations.
- Facilitate cross-selling of liability insurance and Third-Party Protection (TPP) products.
- Oversee collection management to enhance recovery and reduce overdue accounts.
- On-board Dealer & DSA to source more business.
- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective product across state.
- Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics
- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the state
- Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets.
