Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail roles (Store Managers, Pharmacists, Sales Associates, Delivery Staff, etc.)
- Manage bulk and mass hiring for new store openings and ongoing store requirements
- Coordinate with regional managers and store heads to understand manpower needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment
- Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future retail requirements
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment drives
