Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager to handle accounting, financial operations and compliance activities for our mechanical production/manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts, GST compliance, vendor and customer reconciliations, financial reporting and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banking partners.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up.
  • Maintain inventory and production-related accounting records.
  • Support budgeting, cost analysis and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and legal regulations.
  • Work closely with production and purchase departments for cost control and reporting.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), M. Com, MBA Finance or related field.
  • Min 2-3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or mechanical production industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory accounting.
  • Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
