Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all financial transactions
- Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
