Job Description
* Manage end-to-end accounting and finance functions for the company and group entities.
* Act as the primary liaison between the company, Chartered Accountants, auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
* Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
* Handle Income Tax compliance, return filings, assessments, notices, and tax planning for companies and directors.
* Maintain and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance calendars.
* Oversee finalization of accounts, financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
* Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and adherence to all regulatory deadlines.
* Coordinate with government departments and regulatory bodies for compliance-related matters.
* Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and internal controls.
* Support management with financial analysis, compliance oversight, and strategic decision-making.
