Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Solar Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain solar energy solutions, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convince customers about the benefits of solar products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
• Explain solar panel products, rooftop solar systems, and company services.
• Generate and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language.
• Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to persuade and build customer trust.
• Interest in renewable energy and solar products is a plus.

Experience

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in solar, insurance, real estate, or BPO sales will be an advantage.
