Job Description

We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive for our hardware store in Shikrapur. The candidate will handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable hardware products, and support billing & sales coordination.


Responsibilities

  • Attend and guide walk-in customers
  • Recommend suitable hardware products
  • Explain pricing, stock availability, and product details
  • Generate quotations / bills
  • Coordinate with store and dispatch team
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Support repeat customer business
  • Keep counter organized and presentable


Requirements


  • Experience in hardware / retail sales preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication skills (Marathi & Hindi)
  • Customer handling skills
  • Sales-oriented personality
  • Basic understanding of hardware products preferred
