Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Supervisor– Construction is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at a construction or project site and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Monitor construction progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Report project status to project managers or engineers.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain site records.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Typical QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (often preferred).
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or site management.
• Safety certifications can be an advantage.
